1. Sign In to OneDrive:

a. Web Browser:
- Open your preferred web browser.
- Go to the OneDrive website: https://onedrive.live.com.
- Click on "Sign in" in the upper right corner.

b. Windows PC:
- If you're using a Windows PC, you may already have OneDrive installed. You can sign in using your Microsoft account. Look for the OneDrive icon in the system tray (bottom-right corner of the screen), right-click it, and select "Settings." Then, go to the "Account" tab and click "Add an account."

c. Apple Mac Computer:
- If you're using an Apple Mac computer, you can sign in to OneDrive using the OneDrive app for Mac.
- The OneDrive for Mac App is already installed on your Mac! Look in your Applications folder, or on the Menu Bar, near the top right corner of your display. If that's not the case email CTS so we can provision it, or download and install the OneDrive for Mac app from the Mac App Store.

- Open the OneDrive app.
- Click "Sign In."
- Enter the email address associated with your Microsoft account and click "Next."
- Enter your passphrase and click "Sign in."

2. Navigate and Use OneDrive:

Once you're signed in, you can start using OneDrive:

  • Upload Files and Folders: You can upload files or folders by clicking the "Upload" button and selecting the files you want to upload from your device.
  • Create New Files: You can create new Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other documents by clicking the "+ New" button.
  • Organize Files: Create folders to organize your files. Right-click to create a new folder, and you can drag-and-drop files into it.
  • Share Files: To share a file or folder, select it, click the "Share" button, and enter the email addresses of the people you want to share with. You can choose whether they can edit or view the file.
  • Collaborate: You can collaborate on Microsoft Office documents in real-time. When you open a Word, Excel, or PowerPoint file in OneDrive, you can share it with others and collaborate together.
  • Sync with Your Computer: If you're using a Mac, you can download and install the OneDrive desktop application for Mac. This allows you to sync your OneDrive files with your Mac for offline access and automatic backup.
  • Access from Mobile Devices: Install the OneDrive app on your iOS or Android device to access your files on the go. The app allows you to view, upload, and share files from your mobile device.
  • Manage Account Settings: You can access and manage your OneDrive account settings by clicking on your profile picture or initials in the upper right corner of the OneDrive interface.
