Receiving Voicemail as an Email 

You can receive a voicemail via email attached as a .wav file. 

Please be cautious about opening generic sounding voicemail files as this is a common phishing attack. The Gordon voicemail will look like this: 

1. Open Mitel Connect and click your name to expand the screen then click the gear to open settings 

2. Click Notifications then check the boxes accordingly
